Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your package.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location, standard shipping generally takes 7–15 business days. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • The tracking information will typically become active within 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Vortenyo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office if you have concerns regarding import duties.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Shipments

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Vortenyo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
